Been a few days since my last post, but staying on target.

Well, today is my Birthday!  I am officially 33 years old (as of 8:45 EST).  I don’t feel that much older.  I actually feel younger.  The diet and exercise have been definitely helped!  I feel stronger and more fit than ever before.

No, I didn’t lose the 20 pounds I had hoped, but I did lose 15.  That isn’t half bad.  I am still on track to be at 210 (or less) by June 14th.  Either way, I’m older and I feel good.

Today is a no calorie counting day!  In other words I’m going to eat whatever I want and not care!

I have found that the days I workout hard, I don’t really lose much weight.  But the recovery day demonstrates more weight loss.  That’s good because tomorrow is recovery day.  This has been my workout schedule since last week.  It’s been a full week+

  • MON:  Spin
  • TUES:  30 Miles
  • WED:  Spin
  • THURS:  26 Miles
  • FRI:  26 Miles
  • Saturday and Sunday off…
  • MON:  62 Miles
  • TUES:  27 Miles
  • WED:  Spin
  • THURSDAY… ah, rest.

Well anyway, the journey continues (hopefully it just keeps getting lighter)

I don’t fully understand this body of mine… hold water, lose water.  Yo yo weight, balance weight, lose weight– a decide!  And if possible, decide on lose!

… to be fair, later in the day yesterday I weighed 219.2.  I yo yo quite a bit.  The Stutz body and it’s water shedding and retaining is quite the miracle.  I’m so close to 215!  Just got to keep pumping!

ugh… I need to buckle down.  I’m not doing bad, and still working out hard.  It’s just been the little cheats that keep me maintaining and not losing.  I don’t want to lose sight of my goal.  It’s a struggle for sure.

Went on a quick overnight bike tour camping trip last night with Andrew Oller.  So, I’m hanging in there.  Up a tad, but ate quite a bit of salt in my meals yesterday.   Camping doesn’t always mean meals are going to be good and healthy.  More often than not, it’s just good (not healthy).
